They helped us choose the right tile and fixtures for our project and it turned out better than I expected. I was especially impressed with how well they communicated with us. We got an email notifying us when each part of the job was scheduled and every day they were scheduled to work we got a text telling us they were on the way. The people who did the work were meticulous and made sure we were happy every step of the way. I highly recommend UMGS for your next remodel project and I'm so happy we found the company who can do all of the remodels we have planned! read less

I had a clear understanding of all the work that was to be included, timelines, and projected costs. Before the project started I met Joshua to select flooring, shower tile, etc and his recommendations were amazing! Demolition was quick and the team was friendly, respectful and ensured everything was cleaned up before leaving. Due to some structural issues with an older house, we ended up having to change plans during the middle of the project due, and again the recommendations to still get the end result I was looking for were incredibly helpful and resulted in such a beautiful final product. I continued... read more to see their business mentioned OVER and OVER and, they completely lived up to their reviews. Roger, my service member was poignant, polite and professional. When addressing a plumbing issue in my shower he was honest and said he felt more comfortable if another, more experienced guy in that specialty attended to it. I respected and completely appreciated their honesty. Also it's a family founded company run by a vet, so I am ALWAYS up for supporting those who have served our country! read less
